When registering for the meet please provide the below information:
Bodyweight
Opening Snatch
Opening Clean and Jerk
*** When choosing your opening weights, pick a weight you know you can hit as this will be different than lifting during a workout per say.***
The competition will begin at 9AM on Saturday July 14th. At 9AM we will make the introductions of all athletes lifting followed by a 10 min break/warm up and at 9:10AM we will proceed with our first lifter.
